LeoTree Wellness: My career in natural healthcare came as a surprise. When my mom was diagnosed with cancer in 2011 and I became a mom everything I did shifted. Everything changed for me in 2011; I began to examine how I was living life. I was also very aware of 2 things at that time; 1. I didn't want to be told how to support my Mom; and 2. I didn't want to take care of my new baby girl in a prescribed way. There had to be a better way. I was working in a position at the time that required loads travel and long hours, not conducive to a healthy lifestyle. Relate? If anything was going to shake me from my unhealthy routine it was cancer and a newborn. So I left that job and here I am. It was the beginning of it all for me. I began spending my time learning natural health, experimenting w/ alternative options and surrounding myself with experts in integrative therapies. Now, I live with a deep sense of purpose knowing what better is. I found my way into a holistic lifestyle and now I educate others on that similar path. I can feel myself evolving again and I trust wherever my growth is leading me will continue to be in a place to serve
